I am also not sure what he has against the original rims for the car. The m6 has them, but if you are buying a museum piece, it has to be 100% original. Who is going to spend that kind of coin, or even close and actually drive the thing?

Probably the finest example of an e28 M5 in the world, but it's not worth $100k never mind $150k. It being owned by Gerber is more of a fun fact than a selling point. I don't even think a 6500 mile e30 M3 could command that kind of money. That's M1 money.
